About the Position
The Centre is seeking a Director of Finance & Strategy to join its team of passionate and enthusiastic professionals. In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Director, the job holder will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Centre’s financial activities and contributing to the development and execution of its long-term financial strategy.
Responsibilities of Financial Controller:- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with the Centre’s KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, offering insight and guidance to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and execute long-term financial sustainability plans in collaboration with the General Director.
- Oversee financial aspects of national and EU-funded projects in coordination with the Research Office.

CYENS Centre of Excellence (formerly known as RISE) is the Research and Innovation Centre on Interactive media, Smart systems and Emerging technologies empowering knowledge and technology transfer in the region.
