About the position
The Centre is seeking a Finance Manager to join its fast-growing team of passionate and enthusiastic professionals. The job holder will play a strategic role in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and support the Executive Team in making informed financial decisions. The Finance Manager will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records of the Centre in a suitable format to meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare, monitor and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
- Conduct financial performance analysis and prepare management reports.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
- Support the preparation of funding proposals, grant reporting, and cost monitoring.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with international standards and funding requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, funding bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current with financial regulations and provide guidance on compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems.
